The Four Shields of your Inner Family


We all have four inner Shields, four interfaces with the world that we use to connect, to experience, to learn and to act. These shields are containers of all your skills and abilities.
It is a beautiful purpose to learn how to dance with your shields and so bring the best of yourself into this world. Every day brings a new opportunity to be happy, fulfilled, curious and succesful!

We all have an inner family: the inner boy, girl, woman and man. It is your birth right to get to know your inner family members and help them work together as well as they can in any given situation. Through understanding your own inner family dynamic and that of others, you can build bridges between people and always feel connected to all your relations.
